What this site is

NPI Directory is an independent, informational website that republishes selected fields from the public CMS NPPES data dissemination file as of the snapshot date shown on each page. It is not affiliated with CMS, NPPES, Medicare, the AMA, or NUCC, and it is not the official registry. The official registry is the NPPES NPI Registry.

Information provided as is

The pages are provided for general information only and reflect a single monthly snapshot that may be out of date. We do not verify records beyond the automated checks described on the methodology page and make no warranty that any page is accurate, complete, or current. Nothing on this site is medical, legal, insurance, or credentialing advice, and an NPI record does not establish licensure, quality, affiliation, or current practice status. Verify information with the provider and the official registry before relying on it.

Acceptable use

• You may read, link to, and quote the pages with attribution to this site and to CMS NPPES as the underlying source.
